MIC User Agreement & Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By accessing the Millington Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) Member Information Center (MIC) or submitting a membership application, you agree to the following terms:

Authorized Use: The MIC is for lawful Chamber and business-related purposes only. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and limiting access to authorized representatives.
Member Information: MACC collects and uses member and account information to manage memberships, process payments and event registrations, and communicate Chamber-related information. MACC does not sell member information.
Member Directory & Branding: Members grant MACC permission to display their organization’s name, logo, and basic business information in the MACC directory and Chamber communications unless requested otherwise in writing.
Events & Payments: Event registrations and sponsorships are subject to event-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Media & Promotion: Attendance at MACC events constitutes consent to the use of photos or recordings for Chamber promotional purposes unless prior written notice is provided.
Business Relationships: MACC does not endorse or guarantee the products, services, or conduct of members. Business relationships formed through Chamber activities are between the parties involved.
Policy Updates: MACC may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the MIC constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
